Description

This is a low mileage luxury motorhome that is comfortable riding with its air suspension and  towing (up to 10,000 lbs) with its 425 hp Cummins turbo diesel engine and 6 speed transmission on a Freightliner chassis.  When you arrive you have all the conveniences of home while on vacation.  Automatic leveling and electric slide outs make setup easy.  A stainless steel residential refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove, an induction burner, an oven, a microwave/convection oven and a pantry round out the kitchen. There is a built-in BBQ gas grill (runs off the propane tank) that slides out and folds up if you feel like grilling outside. The dining room has seating for 2 or 4 by adding a leaf.  You can also open the automated awning (it is wind sensing) then open a table and eat outside. When it is not so mild you have 3 ducted and zoned A/C units.  We lower the awning over the door and the main awning for shade.  The front windows have both automated screens and shades that can be controlled by the drivers console.  The motorhome has been very comfortable even when it has been very hot outside.  We have also camped with snow on the ground.  The furnaces heat the motorhome and the compartments below so that you don’t have to worry about water onboard freezing.  We do use a heated hose for supply water.  The living area has  a 55’ flat screen TV that is setup for streaming.  It is across from a dual reclining loveseat, where we have been known to enjoy a beverage or 2 while having movie night or watching some college ball.
The motorhome sleeps four with the fold out sofa in front of the retracted TV and a queen size bed in the dual slide bedroom. The sliding wall in the living and dining areas extends out 42’ and the standing height in the motorhome is 7’ 5”.   It does have a bath and a half.  Closing the bedroom door creates a master bedroom suite.  The master bath has a shower, sink and macerating toilet.  It is setup with instant hot water.  The bedroom has its own TV.  When the bedroom door is closed the people using the foldout sofa have their own bath and TV.
There  is a separate washer and dryer opposite the guest bath.  We have used it while at campgrounds and while Boondocking.  With an 8k diesel generator, a 2k inverter, 27 gal propane tank, 90 gal of fresh water and 75 gal holding tank for gray water and another 75 for black water, Boondocking is very feasible.
We have enjoyed our traveling but with health issues it is no longer possible.
