Meticulously cared for by owner (see pic of files he kept) until he became very ill and it has sat since. Thus, there are issues that need to be attended to in order to get it up and going again.
Hydraulic leveling system operable.
Slide out operable.
Known issues:
Needs new battery.
Full fuel tank, so tank no doubt is varnished.
It tries to crank, but was not pushed in order to avoid pulling gelled fuel into fuel lines.
Door latch broken.
Passenger side awning wore and rotted as a result of south side sun exposure.
An issue at the 12 volt fuse panel related to inverter.
Back up camera not currently operable.
Front TV not currently operable.
