This was built to our specifications in June of 2022. This has almost every option except the generator. It includes all the Legacy package options, but was also built with the MorRyde Independent Suspension and hydraulic disc brakes, 3rd A/C and a 2nd heat pump, slide and awning covers, Samsung convection microwave, and the amazing full body paint.
After purchasing we have upgraded all TVs, including the outside unit to new Samsung Neo QLED models. Bose soundbar includedas well. We are leaving the Sleep Number RV king mattress as well. We have also added a few small features that made it more livable, including extra shelves in each bathroom, extra light switches in the bedroom, various shelves for keys, coats, remotes, etc. We have removed the couch in the slide, but we can definitely negotiate it’s replacement options if we get to that point in a sale. 
It also comes with the Reese Goosebox 20k hitch and the new GenY Goosepuck hitch mount plate extension that fits the ‘17 and up Ford Super Duty factory 5th wheel prep package.
We have also upgraded the wheels and tires to a stronger weight capacity and design. We are also including heavy duty custom vinyl skirting. Literally everything you need to get in the RV life.
We are travel nurses and thought this was going to be the way to go, but we don’t enjoy it as much as we thought. We have had to pass on a few assignments because there was not an available spot close by. In the winter we've had to leave it behind because we took a position in Vermont.
We just want out of the RV. We’re leaving everything related to it for the new owners. There are extra water hoses, sewer hoses, extension cords, extra propane hoses. There is a $500 water filtration system included that I never got the time to install. I’ll even leave the folding chairs if you’re so inclined to take them.
Also includes remaining 5 year service plan, and wheel and tire protection package.
We are open about the pricing. We drove the unit off the lot from Couch's RV Nation for $152,000 before tax. The tires and wheels were $3800. The Sleep Number mattress was $2000.
