Rare 2018 Thor Miramar 37.1 with very important upgrades of full body paint with clear coat and dual pane windows. This RV has the rare Black, white and grey graphics with Beige interior and Java clearcoat cabinets. This RV was a special order to have this color combination and looks very modern with the 2018 enhanced headlights. This is also the first year of the firefly touch screen and app to control on your phone everything in the RV from lights to slides to water heater to central heat/air and generator. Also auto gen start equiped. This RV sleeps 10 easy and 2 FULL bathrooms with 100 gal water, 90 gal grey and 90 gal black. Too many extras to list but see the included pictures of all included items. Our RV is a single owner and never rented. I have priced our RV very agressive due to some items that need to be repaired that I just dont have the time to repair. I am hoping someone may appreciate the cheaper price for their dream RV and have a few items to repair. This will also take the guess work out of wondering if there is anything hidden from you on another RV. These are the items that will need to be repaired/replaced:
- Awning LED lights need to be readhered to the awning.
-Inverter needs to be replaced, it went out after 5 years.
-Rear slide out is jambed and needs motors realigned, I just down know how to reset them myself.
-Tires are in great condition and no cracking but they are 5 years old so its close to that time.
-Drawer under dining table needs new guide rails.
-Front door needs new gas shock, I have the new one but needs to be installed.
-passenger power mirror is not working but could be due to inverter not working.
That's all there is. I have all manufacturer paperwork and warrantys, RV had regular oil changes and while in storage the engine and gen were started atleast once a month and ran to be kept in good working order.
