We’re reluctantly selling our beautiful coach that we bought new in late 2020 because we’ve bought a winter home in Florida. She has a little over 12,700 miles on her and has been meticulously maintained with regular fluid and filter changes and is in 100% perfect working order.A huge living area has a full-sized leather sofa sleeper that folds into a queen bed. The two front chairs swivel for additional seating. The convertible leather dinette sits across from the sofa and has a large flat-screen TV on a lift, so you'll have perfect seating for watching TV. There is also a TV in the master bedroom and one outside the coach.

The kitchen is roomy and has everything you'll need for extended stays. There is a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a 3-burner stovetop, a convection microwave, a double kitchen sink (stainless steel), and a large pantry for all your goods. There is plenty of storage for all your kitchen items, and you'll love a large amount of counter space.

The master bedroom is roomy, with a walk-around king-sized bed (with storage underneath), a TV, lots of drawers for your clothes, and a good-sized cedar-lined closet with automatic lights when you open the door. There's also a washer and dryer in a separate closet area.

The bathroom is accessible from the front of the coach and the master bedroom. It features a walk-in shower, medicine cabinet, sink, toilet, and more storage space for your bathroom items.

There is plenty of storage space outside, and all storage bins are clean and show care of ownership. Additional features include a built-in surge protector, a full house vacuum, and the Winegard Satellite system.The Ford Triton V10 engine and Ford F53 frame make annual maintenance simple and relatively inexpensive. Towing capacity is 5000 pounds and the coach comes with an optional Blue Ox Alpha II towbar and Blue Ox Patriot 2 braking system.

We have made close to $10,000 in upgrades: 5 Star RV Tune (improves engine performance and shifting), Sumo Springs (front and rear), Safe-T-Steer, Tireminder i10 RV TPMS, Magne Shade (3 shades), Flow-Rite Battery Watering System, Carpeted Stairs, Soft-Close Toilet Seat, Wall-Mounted Holders for remotes and Plexiglass Mount for suction cup mounts (TPMS, GPS, etc.).
