Purchased new from Norco RV in 2018. Immeadetly it did not perform how I wanted it to in cold weather. Spent the next 4 years upgrading the systems to suit my needs. This is the 4th iteration of battery system. 2400 amp hour capacity, six-6 volt sealed agm batteries in series and parallel, Victron Quattro 5000va, 220a 12v-120 inverter. Victron cerbo gx interface, with 4g link to check on the systems remotely. Everything wired with 4/0 in parallel. Batteries will run the 15k btu ac all night in hot weather without needing recharge. The generator has been replaced with an onan commercial 7kw unit witch produces 240v @ 30 amps or 120v @ 60 amps (set up as 240v to run welder off grid.). Custom exhaust run with multiple resonators to route fumes away from windows, it's also very quiet compared to the 4kw that came with the rig. Water heater was replaced with a tank less giving endless hot water (well 100gal worth in the tank) 50gal grey, 50 gal black. Whisper flo fans in bath and rear cargo area. Entertainment system with 6 speakers, 1 sub, ceiling mounted tv. Exterior spot lights, rear loading lights, rear screen wall, 40 gal onboard fuel station (also feeds gen-set.) Outside pressure sprayer. There's only one solar panel 100w (plan was to add 8 250w panels) Came with the "supreme vip package SL/Xl" Very well taken care of roof sealed every 6 mo. Built it to live off grid while I work at remote locations. No longer doing that kind of work so I'm selling it. I do realize it's 10k over kbb, but the upgrades have cost well over 20k. Willing to sell it without the battery system for 26k but I will need a deposit and a little time to remove them. Solid value for someone who wants to live very comfortably off grid for long periods, not a "weekender" rig. Thanks for reading!
