Workhouse engine and chasis, tow hitch, Cummins Onan 5500 generator, Inverter, Electric/Gas water heater, 3 way refrigerator, Furnace and Heat Pump AC/Heat, Low mileage, Energy Management System, Automatic jacks, 16ft main slide, and Queen Bedroom slide, Pass through storage, and LOTS of basement storage! Incredibly CLEAN and well maintained. We have owned this motorhome for 2.5 years. We are only the 2nd owners! It has NEVER been smoked in or had any pets of any kind inside. We have made a few upgrades in those years. We bought a new Sealy mattress, new dining chairs, and put theater reclining seating in. We took out the very small recliner and placed a large storage bench for not only storage, but provides extra seating. This motorhome has so many upgrades!! Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer combo, Bath and 1/2, convection microwave oven, water filtration system, central vacuum, new steering tires, and custom cabinetry, to name just a few. We have taken exceptional care of this coach and up until this last year, it has been stored in an rv garage. Due to family health changes, we are unable to continue to use this for our retirement travels.
