We have loved this rig! However, it's time for a transition for our family.

As I compare other prices, I think we have a quality price for a buyer, seems to be under other prices for comparable Class C rigs. Ideal for a moderate sized, to big sized family. Single, wide slide-out Sleeps eight (up to 6 adults) 32 feet long! Tons of interior space, but not too long that it's overwhelming.

Significant storage space below as well. Low miles, at under 35,000. The over-the-cab area is unique in that it has two private sleeping spots (see pictures), and the TV is in a fixed and convenient location. 30amp power source stabilizers in the back Generator has only 192 hours used! Appliances included are a mid-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven.

Master bedroom is located in the back with a privacy door and queen sized bed, ample closet space and its own little TV. We've taken good care of this rig; has been professionally maintained (winterizing, etc), has been sealed very well on top, no signs of any leaks.

I cannot think of a single thing that does not work exactly as it should - water system is fully functional, appliances all work, entertainment all works, beds are comfortable, engine runs perfectly, tires are still fairly new, heating and AC work great, generator runs really well, slide out operates beautifully, awning is fully functional. We have loved this rig, and we're sad to see it go, but it's our time to transition to something different.

Note that the middle chair and the couch have some wear, and there is minor water damage at foot level in a couple of spots. We've brought the price down a bit because of this wear.
