We bought this brand new to go full time in but due to health issues, we were only able to use it for a little while. We had one sofa removed and a desk put in it's place and also had the kitchen table removed and a bank of cabinets put in it's place. Under the bed was not able to be used for storage when we purchased it, so we had a new base built and put under the bed so we could have more storage.

It comes with a stackable washer & dryer. On demand water heater, full size fridge and gas stove. Dishwasher, 2 heaters/fireplaces
