And still with only 18768 miles in 5 years. All Service and Maintenance records have been meticulously maintained. The Good Sam Extended Service Plan is fully paid and is transferable to the new owner with expiration of 5/2/26. All the gear you would need to start camping comes with including wheel chocks, leveling pads, honey pot, 30 amp plug, Surge Protector, gray & black water hose, sewer hose, Rigid Lithium Tire Inflator, and much more. Extras include Air Max vent fan in BR, on board water filtration system and black tank flush, new microwave, new Motorcraft engine battery, 2 new AGM house batteries, 2 rear skid wheels, grill sliders to attach a propane grill when camping and arear bumper welded Shakestop bike hitch with bike rack. Factory upgrades include 15K BTU AC w/ Heat Pump, 12V 100 Amp Solar Panel, 12 cu ft 4 door fridge, Outside TV, Arctic Package and Automatic Leveling Jacks. The RV has normal wear and tear on interior and exterior as one would anticipate from 5 years of full-timing. There is cosmetic damage to the passenger side RV body, the Awning is starting to rip yet works fine, the Led awning strip lights are not working there is minor water damage, and since replacing the 3 batteries, the Sony AV receiver does not currently function.
