This RV has heated & messaging theater seating, not the folding couch. Good storage space inside and out. Very nice & large bathroom. We added the Furion backup camera with a built in speaker to the cab. Very convenient for directing the driver while backing up. Max air fan in the kitchen. Upgraded comfortable queen mattress. Retractable cover over the slide out to prevent leaves & debre from accumulating. Two 6 volt batteries hooked up in series for the 12 volt system. This gives you a large capacity of 220 amp hours. We are non-smokers.
We have used & really enjoyed this RV. We've done all the things we've wanted to do and we are ready to pass it on to somebody else to enjoy. Looking at the market I feel it's priced very competitively. Very well maintained, as I owned an equipment company. Everything works.
