I've replaced roof vents, electric fireplace, power converter, roof trim. Added Goosebox hitch and original 5th wheel box included. New MoRyde step installed last year. Serviced wheel bearings and installed 14 ply tire 2 years ago.
It's been taken care of and everything appears to work as it should.
Added notes it does have the Lippert leveling system, polar package. It measures 37.4 feet, dry weight is very close to 10,495and if I remember right loaded wt around 12,225.L shaped sleeper sofa and Queen bed.
