The undercarriage is in great shape. Minimal rust and spot for stubby LP tank

We sound proofed the floor with Silless 80 mil, insulated with 3M thinsulate then finished with a water resistant, cushioned weave boat flooring over plywood and wooden furring strips

The bed is built for comfort. It has a queen short Wilderness mattress with two wooden storage “lockers” that run the length of each side of the bed. These are about 4″ wide and about a foot deep

The Thetford 565E porta potti is contained in a box built from 2020 extruded aluminum. The box doubles as a seat, footrest, table or step to get up onto the bed

Water is supplied by a Flojet Quad II pump and two 5 gal. Jerry cans for fresh and grey water

One cabinet contains a microwave and a newer Dometic CRX1050 fridge/ freezer combo

The other has a good sized sink with storage underneath. This cabinet sits on a lockable, metal storage drawer
