This Trailer is exceptionally clean with many extras. New Tires 2021. Brakes and wheel bearings were inspected and approved at the same time by Les Schwab. This trailer has only been used by me 7 times since I have owned it, purchased in 2021. All camping trips were within 200 miles or less from Eugene.This trailer has an on-roof Air Conditioner, a fold down rear cargo rack with spare tire, flush toilet, and shower. I added or modified the following: Two 12 Volt Duracell 105AH AGM Marine / RV Batteries, still under warranty. These are sealed, no maintenance batteries. New 10 inch Gel Memory Foam Queen Size Mattress 60 x 80, Electric Jack, new Large Aluminum Tool Box mounted behind the propane bottle which houses the AGM Batteries, a cut-off switch to save battery voltage when not in use. Also a backup 10 pound Propane Cylinder (included). The box has plenty of storage space for tools, leveling plates, etc.Inside the rig I added a mirrored medicine cabinet in the bath, a permanently mounted mirror behind the sink area, and the new Queen Mattress. I also modified the dinette area by removing the table and converting that space into a sofa using the original cushions. This created more floor area with additional storage below the seating. The couch dimensions are 58 inches long by 23 inches deep. The couch also has an enclosed counter height end table that hides a 13-gallon trash bag container, accessed by a hinged top. There is also a 24” round table top on a single pedestal centered over the couch, easily removed. I have always used an Equalizer Towing Hitch to pull this trailer with my 6-cylinder Trailblazer.
