We have a well maintained 2012 Newmar Baystar 3002 motorhome for sale. We are ready to get off the road. We have volunteered in the National Park Service for 10 years and are ready to "retire". We are in Helen, Georgia in the North Georgia mountains.The rig is 32’long, gas, two slides and 57,000 miles. It features a back bedroom with Queen bed, TV and lots of storage. The bathroom has shower, full vanity and a large linen closet. The kitchen has a 3 burner propane stove and convection microwave, double stainless sink and lots of storge including a large pantry. The living area has a large TV, pull-out dining table, jack knife sofa and plenty of overhead storage. Included in this will be a new spare tire on rim, water filter system, 50-amp surge protector, 4 jack pads and if desired the sewage hoses and set up.When we purchased the rig in 2018 she needed a little TLC. We started at the top with a new roof, two low profile air conditioners, front windshield, side passenger window, reupholstered the sofa, sound proofed the doghouse, purchased a Magne shade package and installed all new flooring. We have modified the rig with steering stabilizers, aligned the front end, new shocks, new water pump, CHF front and rear, new outside antenna, 4 new Michelin tires and finally all new batteries.
