Large awning is electric so in and out with the push of a button. 10,000 pound hitch receiver so it is set up to tow a boat or trailer. Has a backup camera and stereo. Automatic Allison transmission. Nice screen door for warm days. Huge 4-Door Fridge/Freezer with ice maker and beautiful Corian countertops with nice large kitchen sink. Has matching Corian sink covers so extra counter space. Two slides (bedroom and living area) make the coach feel really big with plenty of room to move about. It has a great layout. The bathroom area is large with a lot of counterspace for an RV. Has a lot of bathroom storage including a medicine cabinet mirror. Large tall shower with built-in soap dispensers.
Tons of storage -bedroom closet, hall closet, pantry, plus lots of drawers. Lots of under coach storage including a huge slide out tray. 100 gallon diesel tank that you can fill from either side with locking fuel doors.
Both AC units blow cold! Has one TV and DVD player. Dinette folds down for an extra sleeping spot for a child or smaller adult. Couch folds down (jack-knife style) to sleep another adult. There is room on the floor when slides out for an additional twin air mattress. Huge 100 gallon fresh water tank so this coach works for dry camping too. Has Onan 7500 diesel generator to run things when power is not available.
This coach is not perfect but it is in good shape for the year. It has a washer and dryer but previous owner told us it does not work - we have never tested it. It is missing the TV in the back and the one in front is a replacement. It does have some carpet stains and has been used but overall it is in in nice condition. The previous owner had some of the floor replaced; we have extra if you would like to finish the rest of the coach with that same flooring.

We bought it last summer and used it twice but unfortunately we no longer have a place to park it. It drives nice and is a great motorhome for fun adventures or even someone who wants to live on the road. It's an affordable diesel pusher for people needing a heavy duty chassis and engine with low miles for this year and equipment.
