2022 Winnebago Spirit 22M Class C RV / Recreational Vehicle. Single slide out floor plan with U-shaped dinette, nimble galley and rear bedroom and bath. With the rear queen bed, cab over bunk and convertible dinette this RV sleeps 5. The Winnebago Spirit 22M is the same as Minnie Winnie 22M.

The Spirit 22M sits on a Ford 350 chassis gas powered 350-hp 7.3L V8 Premium engine (versus the less desirable V10), 6 speed transmission, 4,000-watt Onan Generator with less than 3 hours. 20,000 BTU furnace and ducted 15,000 BTU AC. Rear view camera and side mirror cameras. 14' awning with led lights. Holding capacity gallons: freshwater 40, gray 45, black 45, propane 18 gal. (76lbs). 2 TV's and Sony DVD. The front TV also has a Roku player. Dash display is Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatible. The vehicle also has dynamic cruise control and a bunch of other modern safety features.

Lightly used by two adults, no smoking, no pets and no towing. The coach is in excellent condition and have all service records: oil changes at 1,500 and 5,000, and 9,996 miles, tires rotated at 6,000 miles.

This is a smaller class C RV so it is relatively easy to drive and navigate city streets. On our last trip we averaged above 10 mpg.

The RV is currently de-winterized (but dry), has a full propane tank, and is outfitted with almost everything you would need to take it down the road: sheets, pillows, cutlery, flatware, pots and pans, drinking glasses etc.
