We are upgrading campers, which is the only reason for selling it, there are no issues at all. It's very clean and spacious camper on the inside. This unit has been stored every winter inside and has seen zero snow. Along with the great floor plan with king bell, we added the 2nd A/C unit for the bedroom and slide topper for the slide out. It has electric stabalizer jacks, shower has never been used and range has only been used once, and has the In-Command system which can be run by your smartphone. It has a total of 10-12 weekends of camping on it, at most. I have listed the price lower than the average because we are motived to move onto our next camper.
