Bought in 2018 and stored in covered storage until Oct 22 when not in use. Now stored at residence. Has been used less than 15 cumulative weeks since purchase. Except minor wear/tear (minor cosmetic) in great used overall condition - see below. Bought upgraded tires at time of purchase.

4 season model with enclosed underbelly. Electric jack, electric stabilizers, dual propane hook-up. Power awning and slide. Has always been winterized and regular maintenance done.

2 queen beds in bedrooms with doors at either end for maximized privacy and quiet. Additional u shaped dinette turns into bed as well as jack-knife sofa. Can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children. All appliances in great working condition, currently scheduled to have whole AC replaced from storm damage to cover on 3/16/24. But original still works great! No water damage, leaks, etc.
Dinette vinyl is cracked, table remains fully functional.

Places of wear/tear
-The dinette table vinyl covering is cracked, absolutely functional we just use a table cloth over it
-one of the awning arms got bent, again fully functional (just cosmetic) and we have a replacement arm new in box to send with camper
-AC unit/cover scheduled to be replaced, but original still works!
