This is a 31' Pheonix Cruiser class B+ that I bought with approximately 27,000 miles. The interior is immaculate with upgraded interior and awning. It has great storage for an RV in that class. The Michelin tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. The Ford V-10 is powerful enough to go anywhere you want to go and the oil was just recently changed. It had a 4,000 watt Onan generator that was just serviced and all batteries are brand new. It also has a 32" LED TV with satellite and DVD player. The macerator pump eliminates the use of long, bulky sewer lines that can really dampen an enjoyable trip.I can honestly say that I really enjoyed the Phoenix Cruiser but, unfortunately, my died shortly after I bought it and just don't travel much anymore. I'd much rather see someone with good travel interests put it to use.
