Port and starboard (30lb) propane tanks, 2 large under storages, onboard water filtration system, and convenience center with shower. All have slam latch doors. Interior - Beautiful Rustic Cherry color. Rear bedroom has Jack and Jill closets and Samsung TV. Bathroom has one piece fiberglass shower with adjustable shower head, Ariston stacked washer and dryer, and large linen closet. Kitchen comes with 4 door 12 cu ft Norcold fridge, upgraded GE convection microwave, LG solid surface counter tops and backsplash, coffee and toast nook, and ceiling fan. Living room entertainment package comes with 40" Toshiba, digital surround sound, blue ray, and wired for satellite system. Beautiful 5100 btu fireplace option also in living room. This fifth wheel also has the Dirt Devil vacuum. Overhead lighting has been swapped to LED bulbs. Accent lighting bulbs are still original.

Discrepancies - Rear roof A/C area was repaired by original owner. This has been inspected and although intact needs re-done. Doorway trim teak wood bottoms damaged. Easy fix with replacement trim. 2 slides have a small carpet fraying spots in corners. Living room step carpet removed. Sofa and chairs in living have fake leather flaking. Covers are being used now but they need updated. Both Maxcool ceiling vents work but electronic lids grind and need manual opened.
