I currently have this under a secured loan meaning the only way I can sell is by having a cash offer or by getting a personal loan. At the current moment my payoff price is $29500 and I am asking $27500 so I am paying out of pocket to sell this regardless. My ask is $27500 but I am absolutely open to negotiation just keep in mind any offer less is more I will have to pay out of pocket to sell. With that being said, I have a wonderful, like new 2021 Forest River Cherokee Alpha Wolf RB-L.
The only cosmetic issues are some scratches to the couch and dining chair frame material from a cat See photos. There is also one small hole on the bathroom sliding door but it is covered with a decorative sign. There is also one light bulb missing above the dining table that was missing when I purchased it brand new. Other than that everything works as if it was fresh off of the lot with no other issues or damages. The only changes I've made to it is replaced the kitchen sink fosset with a higher quality material but is practically identical looking to the original fosset as far as design and color. I am the first and only owner, purchased brand new in 2021. I lived in it full time during the winter of 2021 and up until Spring of 2022. Only traveled to two different campgrounds and to where it's been stored since. It does remarkably well in the winter and does a great job maintaining it's heat. The electric fireplace is all you need to stay warm unless you're in harsh winters. In which case one extra electric heater is all I would need for the most part. I rarely needed to use propane to heat it unless I wanted to get really cozy. It also does a great job of staying cool during hot days. The blue LED lighting is a great feature on the inside and outside as well as bluetooth speakers inside and outside. There is also an outdoor fridge, sink, and shower. Any other questions do not hesitate to reach out. I am open to hearing offers. I am mainly just wanting to sell it to get out of the loan since I never use it anymore.
