This fifth wheel camper is like new, we used it a grand total of 7 times. Max miles towed would be approximately 400. I have stored this camper indoor on my property since purchase. (in secured shed) this camper has never been outside except for the few times we used it, hence the camper is in a "like new" state or condition. See photos. (tough to get good photos in my shed)
The camper has two air conditioners, two large screen tvs, gas/electric oven, microwave, outside gas grill and hookup, dual gas/electric refridgerator, satellite capable, three slide outs, dexter suspension system, reese hitch/hookup (see photo).
I pulled this camper with a reese/anderson hitch system behind a 1 ton GMC truck, the reese hitch and anderson platform in my truck is extremely easy to hook up, haul, un-hook and level. This system was recommended by the dealership and it paid huge dividends for me, easy to use.
The maintaining of this camper was completely done by myself, from annual power washing, winterizing, de winterizing, sealing and waxing. When we did use this camper, we were quick to see that it was easy to hookup, haul, set up and take down as we compared to other campers etc We did realize that camping was not our cup of tea, our grandkids are too far away and we both ended up still working full time which was unexpected when we purchased this fifth wheel. The price posted is the estimated value based on other fifth wheels of this quality and type, I realize I could be high or low in my estimate. (all owner's manuals for all appliances, tvs, hitches, etc. included) I have just added a Vehicle History Report which is available to view.
