Need to sell my RV to finalize a divorce settlement. Fun times! Only had it for about a year. It was originally purchased to renovate, but we were not able to finish all projects. Thus, there will be a few things you need to do, but they are all minor. There are no major issues with the rig.

Other notable things:

1. All brand new tires
2. New 55" 4k Smart TV
3. Cabinets are painted a pearlescent green. There are floral accents done on parts of the walls. It makes the kitchen POP a lot more and takes away from our brown and dreary the standard cabinets are. Pics don't do it justice.
4. No couch or bed included in sale, but the listing savings more than make up for that. Go get yourself something fancy.
5. At least $1k worth of RV essentials included. Ex. Heavy duty power cable extension, water supplies, camping/outdoor cooking, leveling plates, etc.
6. Brand new washer/dryer included
7. There is pleather shedding on the garage couches. They just need to be reupholstered. I guarantee your new one will have this same problem within a year because this shedding happened from just working in there everyday.

I've priced this thing to try and move it ASAP. If you're looking for a good deal on an RV, this is the listing. Don't pay full price for one of these things.
