We purchased this trailer new and it has been stored indoors in a climate controlled building most of its life and therefore is in excellent condition. I have sealed the roof on it every year with a UV sealant so the roof is in near perfect shape. Newer heavy-duty tires were put on 2.5 years ago and like brand new. Has a wider axle spacing which is nice for towing. Everything on this trailer is in working condition except the awning light string.
