This RV has been a great RV for us. It has taken us many places. Everything works great. You can sleep up to six people in this RV. It has a drop-down loft bed with a push of a button. It also has a dining table that that serves up to six people at the same time when you have the swivel chairs turned. It Can also convert to a bed that fits up to two person. The back bed is a full-time bed that can sleep up to two. It has a dry bath with a shower. Also hot water on demand water heater is 26 gallons. Freshwater tank 40 gallons of gray tank and 32 gallons of black tank everything can be controlled and viewed with a monitor system it has a refrigerator that can work on propane and electric microwave and the inverter system works great as well. Ceiling fan and bathroom fan are both in good condition as well. It has great tires and transmission has been recently serviced.
The roof has recently been re-coated with waterproof coating. Also available on the roof are two solar panels that can charge the battery to 100%. I will also include the blackouts insulation window shade coverings that I purchased. It fits perfectly for this coach. It is ready to hit the roads and does not need anything else. I have three sets of keys for this RV. It gets an average of 17 miles to the gallon on standard gas. Plenty of power from this motor. Two stove burner works on propane. total of four sofas seats with seatbelts for kids. Air conditioning runs great, as well as the furnace works on propane. Satellite antenna works for the TV as well. There are total of two TVs both hooked up with Amazon fire stick, so you can watch all your favorite shows. This RV is an excellent size that fits in most parking stalls. It has three sets of speakers hooked up to a central broadcasting station which can play your songs from Bluetooth or radio or even the TV. The speakers outside play your music on demand the awning is full electric also has LED lights when turned on. Ladder is available on the rare of the RV for easy access to the roof.
