in great condition, has a generator, a/c, skylight, microwave, frig, dual sinks, gas stove/oven, bathroom and a ton of storage. 2?awnings. Only thing that needs to be replaced is the outside step rail which we've ordered a new one and it's on its way. We have it parked at our Spirit Lake property.
