This Alliance Paradigm has been the crown jewel of nearly every campsite we have been to. We have traveled from Maine to California in this apartment on wheels but only have 1 year of full time living in it. (Only 5,700 miles total) This Fifth Wheel does it all and it has been such a comfortable living space.
If you buy a new RV there WILL be kinks and items to fix both small and large. We have taken care of all our kinks and upgraded a few items as well including - new couches, additional ladder support, thermostat corrections, auto level fix. I have been working with a local RV tech and we have made sure everything is in tip-top shape.
Our Favorite parts of this RV are:

• The residential kitchen - full size oven, microwave, and fridge.
• Transferrable RV Complete Extended Service (Mechanical breakdown coverage, parts and labor reimbursement, rental car, ect.) through 8/10/2027.
• Office space has been great to work out of or use as extra storage space.
• Ample storage, everywhere. Every end table, bureau, (even the fireplace), and more has extra storage.
• Auto Level technology. No manual leveling, just hit a button and you are good to go.
• PVC roof - never had a single leak and even the Texas / Nevada heat was no match.
• Modern feel. Most RVs seem like they are right out of the 80’s but this model has an elegant modern feel. We have always described it as an apartment on wheels.
• Custom litter box area built in the basement so if you have a cat you will have ZERO sight or smell of the litter box. (Can be removed if not needed also.)

Everything is in working order and ready for many more years of use. We have had an awesome, comfortable, year on the road but are heading back to settle down in the brick and mortar. If you too desire a comfortable apartment on wheels, look no further.
