Our camper has had owners who have cared for it and maintained it. The roof was checked in 2023 and passed as "not needing any service" at this time. The tires (Goodyear Marathon) are about 2.5 yrs old.

Additionally, we purchased a spare tire and wheel (in addition to the spare mounted under the camper.) We travel with the 2nd spare in the bed of our truck. The wheel bearings were recently repacked.

As noted above, this Arctic Fox 32-5 5th wheel camper is truly well equipped for "off grid" (boondocking) camping. Over 500 watts of solar power and a 3000 watt inverter enable you to do extended camping in the outback! The camper is also equipped with an 82 gallon fresh water tank.

Excellent condition - no leaks, no water damage, never smoked in, no pets, no delamination, roof is in great shape. We did move the dining table to the rear of the camper and the recliners to where the dining table was (next to the TV.) These can be returned to their original locations if desired.
There are two minor cosmetic issues - there is a crack in the wood facade surrounding one of the slides next to the kitchen sink. One of the rear-side windows has a cord for the shade that is frayed and may need to be replaced.

Everything works and we're prepared to demonstrate this to the next owner. We hold clear title to the camper. Lightly used.

We've owned it since 2021. When not traveling, it was stored in covered storage. We are currently staying in it (for the past 3 months) in Tucson, Arizona. We are asking $39,700.
