Like new - Slept in ONCE. It was driven 200 miles from a dealership and while we had ever intention of using it, we had some unexpected changes so we decided to sell it rather than to rent it out. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

It comes with a weight distribution hitch and a brand-new (unopened) portable potty.

There is a loan on the unit, but I will draft up a bill of sale and exchange all necessary information to ensure a clean title transfer.
