Very nice condition. Lightly Used for 2 seasons. 5 bike roof rack installed by dealer and included. Dealer upgraded couch platform with heavier duty material. Indoor climate controlled storage since purchase. No accidents. Everything works. Heated Queen size beds are super nice in cooler weather. We really enjoyed being cozy in this on cold and blustery trips in the U.P. of Michigan. Many kitchen and camp items can be included if desired since we will be moving to a teardrop for just my wife and I since our kids are grown and no longer joining us on camping trips. Very sturdy with the support feet down. ARK jack upgrade included, which makes maneuvering this unit super easy for one person. Great storage throughout, especially the front box. We have a space heater, dishes, sheets, kitchen stuff, dishes, repair items and general supplies that can all be included if needed or desired. We love camping, but we just don't a full pop up for just my wife and I. This camper is fully ready to go camping on day 1 of purchase, and I would love to see someone use it instead of sitting in my barn.
