2020 Rockwood Roo. Hybrid Travel Trailer with fold out tent type ends with comfrotable/ heated bedding. Experience the best of both worlds. Feels like you are sleeping out in tent but you have a nice travel trailer like base with all of the luxuries.

24WS is a really nice floorplan with separate "master bed room area" separated with a door from the rest of unit. This area has a nice changing area and a slide to make more room. Lots of storage with this model also in the "master bed room area".

• No funny "off" smells. Smells pretty new still inside.

We have "Roo camped " since 2008 with this Roo and an older "Roo" which we have since sold. We do love the 1/2 camping-1/2 luxury camping style. We have used this "Roo" for 3 seasons each season we used it 3-4 times, driving 70 miles round trip from here. Only other mileage on the unit was to drive it from western Iowa (Where we purchased unit new)to Colorado where we live

Reason for selling: Moving into a Class C motorhome.
