Wonderful 30 Loft with outdoor kitchen & grill! Clean clear title, 4 New tires, New Battery, Cold AC, & Very Clean inside & out! Everything is operational & working as it should. Nothing needs fixing or repaired before using - it is ready to hook up and use! You will love how this feels inside as it does not have that cramped/crowded feeling due to the high ceiling which accomodates that large upper loft! Also, it Tows quite easily with a 2 5/16" ball & at only 34' 6" long is easily manuevered everywhere - even at gas stations! The Loft area is sizeable and open & can be used for 2 or 3 (size depending) for sleeping area, or for lots of storage space - maybe even pets! Sliding curtain can also be closed for privacy. Back downstairs, the bathroom has descent space and does give actually alot of storage in the cabinets along the wall-plenty for personals, towels, bedding, etc. The main bed is a short rv queen size and has tracks on the ceiling for the doors to slide on that will close off the sleeping area from the rest of the rv. Bed platfrorm lifts up & there is a cabinet on each side of the bed for more storage. With the ceiling fan on in the main living/kitchen area you will have plenty of air moving around--it is most pleasant! Roof & Floor are solid. There are No leaks. AC is good & cold. Not smoked in nor had any pets inside--no odors. We are quite certain that most anyone would be most happy with the overall condition of this camper and undoubtedly get good use out of it!
