Clean, well maintained, non-smokers, no pets. This unit was winter stored indoors the first three years. The roof was cleaned and treated every year, and sides washed with wax mulitple times per year. The interior has also been kept clean. Rear living space with Lazy Boy swivel recliners, sleeper sofa, dinette set, fire place and entertainment center. Lots of storage in living space and kitchen area. Lots of counter space including inserts for island sink. Residential sized microwave and lots of space in refrigerator. Stove top has two cast iron grills for easy cleaning. Has the convenience of a central control panel for lights, water heater, furnace/AC units, etc. Second AC in bedroom also has heat pump for chilly nights. Bathroom has good storage space for towels and porcelain toilet. Three Max Air fans, one in bathroom and two with remote in kichen/living space, plus reversable cealing fan. Bedroom has comfortable king size bed with memory foam mattress on top of original mattress. Plenty of closet space for long travels in all kinds of weather and reliable vented washer dryer added in 2021. Includes bedroom TV. Lots of passthrough storage with access to convenient water control panel and autoleveler system. Very easy to winterize with this water control system. Central heating includes heat to the passthrough storage area. Storage areas including the front storage unit are well lighted. New Goodyear Endurance tires installed the summer of 2023, low miles, wheel bearings regreased. This camper was used primarily for a once a year five-week trip to Washington state from Wisconsin to visit family. Otherwise limited to a handful of local outings near home two to four times per year. It served us well as a fully stocked and self contained camper for our longer trips.
