The Good:
car fax 1 owner, 0 accidents
tons of service records, included approx 5000.00 being spent in maintenance  and repairs in the last 1000 miles. Brake fluid flushed, trans fluid flushed, and filters replaced
the bad:
purchased new in 2018 as a 2018. Due to the chassis and an error by AZ it is now titled as a 2016 this may be fixable. V2GRV makes no promises. Also the customer reported the miles to the state with the Tenth mile. Az took 6203.7 as 62037 miles. This has now also branded the title as NOT actual miles. This could affect getting a loan. 
so despite it being sold new as a 2018 titled as a 2016 with not actual miles. please see attachments in pics
