There are 3 slides, 1.5 baths with emergency exit in rear bath, 2 electric recliners, loveseat, Splendide washer/dryer, Oasis water heater/furnace, residential refrigerator, tile floors, and queen bed. In Dec 2020, Toyo tires (305/70R 22.5) were purchased with date code 3620 and currently have 11,603 miles on them. New Lifeline 6VDC AGM house batteries were also replaced in Dec 2020. Two engine batteries were replaced in Oct. 2022. Yearly service for the past 3 years has been done at the Newmar Service Center. In Oct. 2023, the Newmar Service Center serviced the engine, Oasis, generator (493 hrs), air dryer, and replaced engine air filter.
