5th wheel toyhauler being sold to someone who wants a blank canvas. Opportunity here to make an RV truely yours. This is an incomplete reno. My wife got "you-tubed" and bit off more than she could chew. I put it back together and we just hauled it from Florida to Washington State due to relocation for work.

Everything functions. 15000 BTU AC, Onan 5500 generator, 850W's of solar with Magnum inverter/charger and 4 deep cycle batteries, rear ramp patio with awning, 14 ply tires, double door fridge/freezer, bamboo floors, new retractable window shades, washer/dryer hook up, fuel station & outdoor shower hook ups

Exterior paint is showing sun spots on the rear ramp and there is some fiberglass cracking on driver side. Needs main slide sofa or furniture, tv, master bedroom mattress and finishing, new awning fabric, interior paint touch up, trim finishing and some vision.

I haul this with a GMC 3/4 ton diesel. No issues hauling/braking. This is a great 5th wheel but we are too busy to use it and our kids don't want to hang out with us anymore.

This is located in a storage lot near Tacoma, WA. You must be escorted into the area. I will need a couple days notice if you want to see the 5th wheel.
