This RV has had a cover on it and stored under cover when not in use the whole time we have had it. Wheels have been covered as well. It has sat most of the time that we have had it and then we lived in it for a few months each year. Couch has a cover on it to try to protect the fabric a bit and I made some vinyl covers for the bottoms of the dinette cushions to protect those as well. Everything works as it should.
