We were the first and only owners of this trailer for 4 years. It was well cared for and loved. We ordered this model custom when we bought it to include the sofa bed. The slide outs were upgraded to include the slide out covers to offer more protection, the power tongue jack is brand new. We will include the stabilizer hitch in the sale of the trailer. There is lots of storage in this model, with the wardrobe slide out, under bed storage, pantry, behind the tv, pass through, etc. This trailer spent most of its time in Oregon, we washed and cleaned the outside regularly. As far as damage goes on this rig, it's mostly cosmetic on the interior, there is a spot on the bathroom sink that was melted by an iron, the couch is stained as seen in the photos, and some nicks and dings on the trim which is to be expected from a 4 year old trailer.
