Very nice and rare 2020 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel front living floorplan. We searched for a year looking for a perfect 5th Wheel that was spacious, but not more than 40', could easily sleep up to 6 people without having a bunk room, had very roomy kitchen and big bathroom and couldn't be out-dated brown or wild colors. And lastly it had to have no slide-outs obstructing the campsite side. This one checked all of the boxes! Keystone only made this model for 2 or 3 years and 2020 was the last year with the much better exterior colors. We bought this a year ago to caravan with other family members on a 3 week cross country trip. It towed and functioned perfectly. Ours was the only trailer that had easy access to the bathroom and full kitchen and dining table without having to slide out any slides for the many road-side lunch breaks. That is a huge plus! The two opposing couches fold out to make nice beds for our kids while still being able to easily access the 2 recliners for mom and dad to watch TV. The front window gives great visabilty out front and when you're backed in to a beach site or park-like setting, you won't miss any view with the huge picture window in the back. The bathroom is larger than most rigs with tons of head room since its in the back end. It has extra large cabinets for all the kids clothes or all the extra linens/beach gear you could want. Or hook ups are in for a washer/dryer combo. At only 14,000 lbs GVWR, a 2500 truck can pull it (supposedly but I'm not an expert) We purchased a brand new sliding hitch perfect for towing with a short bed that we can sell with it. We put in a custom bar table with new stools but still have the original table if wanted. When we purchased it all the window coverings were removed so we spent $2,500 for all new window treatments. Also purchased new porclein toilet and brand new king mattress. Comes with In-Command system that allows for easy set up even from app on phone. After our cross country trip we hoped to go on more trips but it unfortunately it has sat unused and we are already booked out this summer on other committments. We're taking a loss on this and only used for two trips. It is in great condition and ready to hit the road!
