VERY LOW MILEAGE RV NEEDS A SERVICE-ORIENTED OWNER TO RETURN HER TO HER BEST PERFORMANCERV has been parked in a corporate storage/parking lot in the Jacksonville, FL area for about 4-years due to family care requirements. the interior is clean and in very good condition. the exterior has suffered from Florida weather exposure and will require a major cleaningtire condition is marginal and tires should be replaced soon. both the chassis battery and the coach batteries are new as of Dec-2023 included in the storage bays are all of the hookup connectors needed for campground setup. also included is our towbar and related components. the three slides will need some maintenance as we have only opened and closed them a few inches during the past month (our RV storage space limits such movement). and the generator will require engine service as well. the sunlight cover is cracked and will need replaced. and there appears to be a seal opening on the top edge of the windshield which has allowed some water entry onto the dash during heavy Florida downpours. This Sunova design offers many good features, including generous storage units, three television sets (one external), full service kitchen, good size shower, RV King bed, reliable heating/cooling system. The low mileage on this RV is a result of reduced travel opportunities, due to the need for the owners to provide health care for either aging parents or themselves. The RV has not been involved in any accidents and is a road-worthy unit. Regarding the pricing approach, we have researched on-line list pricing for Sunova models over the past 2-decades. The results say that a 2013 Sunova on the market in late 2023/early 2024 would be listed at $65,000. . We assume that this price would represent a fully functional RV with no major service or repairs required, but would have 4-5 times the driven mileage, as ours… and it would include seller profit, if added in. So recognizing the service unknowns with our unit, we have allowed for new owner expenses and reduced our asking price substantially to $34,500.
