All this in under 18 feet with great gas mileage and can sleep up to 4 if you get the inflatable cabin bed.

You can do things in this Floorplan that you can't in any other van, big screen projector TV, storage with bed up or down, dinnet that is also a bed/couch/liveseat with table that morphs into a desk for all dinette positions and swivel captain chairs.
