2023 small RV 17 ft, sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids, has a kitchenette (stove, fridge, microwave) a small bathroom (shower/toilet), a radio,  an air conditioner and it has never been used since purchased in August 2023. My mechanic replaced the manual jack with an electrical one (and a sway control hitch to make it safer and more practical and I paid separately for those items.
