Description

This is a pristine 24 ft long 2022.5 Grech-ION class B driven 16,700 miles. MSRP was $235,900 in April of 2022.
Instead of a generator it has four huge ion batteries capable of running the AC for several hours.

History
We purchased the rig in Bradenton, FL on December 19, 2022. The first owner purchased it on August 23 from General RV in Wixom, Michigan, then he drove it for 1,228 miles to Bradenton. His intention was to live in it to be near his hospitalized brother. When I purchased it, it had been driven 1,769 miles. There was no evidence suggesting that that he slept or eaten in it. We have driven it from Florida to California and, via Wisconsin to the PEI in Canada. Our home base is in Wisconsin. Our last trip was from Wisconsin to Florida. We are selling as we have decided to give up our RV lifestyle. After all, we are well over 80 years old.

Warranty
The Mercedes warranty expires in August 2025 or after 36,000 miles. The engine warranty expires in August 2027 or after 100,000 miles.

MBUX
The rig has the 10.3 inch MBUX system. Many 2022 Grech models do not. The system provides backup camera, adaptive speed control, collision avoidance, navigation system, left or right lane traffic whenever the turn signal is active.
