Trailer is in excellent condition, just used for fun, local campground adventures in southern CA. It is extremely conmfortable and roomy. It has screening, zip up windows and curtains all the way around. It is like being outside when you are sitting inside. It has very pleasing decor colors and material. The heater, refrigerator, camp stove, sink and water pump, electric and water hook-ups, electric canopy lift and lighting all work great. The camp stove can be used inside or attaches to the outside of the trailer, as well as a shelf, for cooking outdoors. Perfect for going without electrical and water hook-ups because of the battery and water storage. This allows for good options on where to camp. There are heated mattress pads and there is plenty of storage - cabinets and drawers. The tires were bought new about a year ago and have about 300 miles on then.
