Older but still in great condition. The desert sun has taken the shine off the outside but the inside is still like new. The couch is brand new and it has 2 recliners. It has a wood dining table with 4 chairs. There is an island with the sink and the appliances work great. It has hookups for a washer/dryer, 2 air conditioners. The downstairs floor is wood and easy to clean. It has a large storage bay underneath with another one where the battery is. We enjoyed it going to Canada and down the West Coast with our small dogs. It has lived in Jacumba, CA and the Julian, CA mountains before coming to Yuma. It also has a clear title.
