The X-Line Winnebago 36RD TOUR Motorhome is powered by the desirable 350 HP pre-DEF Cummins diesel engine and is equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission. The RV has only 51,000 actual road miles. The ONAN 7500 diesel generator has been recently serviced and the house and engine batteries are all new.

The interior is very clean and in very good condition. The living area includes a leather couch that pulls out to make a double bed and a recliner. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and eating area with a table. In the hallway next to the bedroom there is a half bathroom on one side with a shower immediately across the hall. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and lots of storage. The living area has a TV with satellite receiver, a DVD and CD player and surround sound. The bedroom also has a TV and radio/CD player. There is third TV outside in the patio area. With three slides there is plenty of room for living and relaxing. It easily sleeps four.

The Winnebago TOUR has some sun damage to part of the clear coat and two canvas slide covers need repair. Inside, one window shade needs restringing and the mattress needs to be replaced to fit the new owner’s needs.

The RV is being sold as part of an estate. The previous owners greatly enjoyed touring in their Winnebago. It is easy to drive, and handle, with plenty of HP to tour the open road.
