2/25/2024 - CURRENTLY UNDER CONTRACT TO SELL

Nice coach - priced to SELL! Not perfect, but very, very nice. It's DRY inside - no leaks! A fantastic platform for someone who wants to do a few upgrades on a great 20-year old class A. The pictures speak for themselves, but I will outline a few of the positives and the challenges, because I'm a very honest and straightforward seller!

• Runs and drives great!
• Completely dry
• Both ACs work
• Heat pump on front AC - works great
• Furnace works great
• Fiberglass roof - fully walkable
• Genset runs great (main fuel tank)
• Genset does burn a *little* oil - something to look at
• Fridge doesn't work - may be able to be repaired, but replacement will probably be easier
• Range and convection microwave
• Washer/Dryer
• It's going to be time to replace the batteries soon
• Tires have LOTS of tread left, but are going to "time out" soon - something to consider
• New Blaupunkt color stereo head unit
• Working b/w backup camera - can be moved to the stereo screen if you choose!
• 3 flat screens
• Custom made dining/desk table and original dining set included!
• I've only driven the rig about 3500 miles, but have changed the oil TWICE!
• White(ish) carpet - if I were the buyer, I'd plan to replace it with "hard" floors!
• I'll include a NEW fresh water pump - the existing pump works, but I planned to replace it last year.
• I'll also include a NEW kitchen faucet and sprayer combo - the sprayer attachment had water in it and froze last year and leaks when the sink is on (ONLY when on - otherwise completly dry!). 10-minute change-out.
