This is a wonderful floorplan for a home away from home or just a home. We utilized the garage area for our kids bedroom, putting a nice mattress on the top bunk and the happy jack couch were easily removed to make more space for furniture. We were full time and stationary in the unit for less than a year in Texas. We have only traveled with it 4 times out of state and rented it out a few times. There are some small wear and tear items, consistent with our use of it but overall it is in great condition. The only alteration on the original model was the removal of the glass shower doors.
