2014 Fleetwood Southwind 36L. Only 15,000 miles. This Rv was not used much. Only for a few family trips a year. It has 2 slides, 3 tvs, outdoor TV, 2 ac units, 22.5 alcoas ,No expense sparred in the maintenance of this RV. Very clean. Always plugged in when not in use with the ac on. Both ac units are newer. Exterior is in near perfect condition. Led color changing lights. Interior is in Great shape. Sleep number bed. The only problem is the Flex Steel interior upholstery is all peeling like every one of these Rv’s have done with the flex steel furniture. The captains chairs, couch and dinette will need to be re upholstered. I was going to have it done prior to sale, but I figured the buyer may want to change the color or furniture type. 400hrs on generator. Ford V10 gas engine. Tires were replaced in 2020. Slide toppers, day and night roll shades . Look at the pics of the underneath. Not a spec of rust on this. It has never left
floroda. It has barely ever been driven in the rain . Other than the upholstery peeling , it has no issues. Turn key , go anywhere. Hate to sell it, we have had our fun with it. Our kids are getting older and with current sports and school activities, we don't use it enough.
